Made to order

Every mug is printed to order by our print partner once your order is placed. Production usually takes 1 to 2 working days.

UK delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK. Your mug is sent by tracked courier and usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days of ordering. Busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas, can take a little longer; we'll show last order dates on the site.

When your mug is on its way you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You may also receive updates directly from the courier, which can show our print partner's name as the sender rather than Maggie Designs.

Outside the UK

We also deliver to the United States for free, and to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore for £3.99. Your mug is printed by a partner in or near your country, and usually arrives within 3 to 6 working days. Any import duties or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We don’t currently deliver to the EU or other countries.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if your order hasn't been sent yet.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email us at info@maggiedesigns.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it. If your mug arrives damaged, see our refund policy: we'll replace it or refund you.
